Arbitration is a fast and inexpensive process to hear your case or matter and make a binding decision after a hearing. Arbitration is not mediation. Mediation is an attempt to settle your dispute. Arbitration is an actual hearing in which a binding decision, pro or con, is entered on the matter. Matters can be heard on a flat fee or hourly rate which is split equally between the parties.
